Since the hospital presented the draft architectural concept for its new campus at an open house on January 31, it has received a wide variety of feedback online and in-person.
To read a summary of feedback and ideas at the open house, including common themes and highlights, click here. The wide range of feedback from members of the public and staff will help the hospital plan its engagement.
Many people put forward ideas on the hospital’s engagement website – you can read through them and comment here.
Have you had your say yet? Go to GreaterTogether.ca/Engage and give us feedback about the draft concept. We’ll continue to report back on what we heard.
The hospital’s Campus Engagement Group, composed of community members and patients, will deliberate on many of these issues over the coming years and recommend solutions to the hospital’s Board of Governors.
In addition, there will be a number of opportunities to get involved and share ideas in the coming months and years, in person and online, related to specific issues like access, design, parking, and greenspace.
